Uptown Pizza - Youngstown

Second time around this time at the Library location and again a great meal with great service (they even have Coke ZERO). Again I had the Cajun Chicken Salad and it was just as awesome the second time around. Everything is served fresh and tastes amazing. Make sure you try the pepperoni roll it is one of the best I ever had. They have daily specials that are family friendly priced. You can't go wrong with UP and you will be supporting a locally owned business.

I was really longing for their hot sausage green peppers and onions. I had waited for a while and was really looking forward to it! However, there was a bit of black on the container and unfortunately and sadly also on my bun that burnt grill scraping ruined the taste of my longed for sandwich. The pizza I got was good I really enjoyed that.If I could rate it a 3 1/2 I would if the sandwich was right without the grill cleaning taste it would have been awesome. Sadly I had this happen the last 2 times I got the sandwich. Once in the Market St. Shop and now here in Liberty. Sad

Had some awesome pizza from here tonight. We went simple and just ordered a plain pizza with extra cheese. I think they quadrupled the cheese. It stretched for a mile! It was so good. The sauce was out of this world and the crust was super delish. We also got a Briar Hill pizza. Again yummy sauce..great crust and lots if peppers!!!

Has always been one of my favorite places. We've been going here since I was a child. Be advised that it can get pretty busy and there can be a wait, especially on Saturday. (Please keep in mind that just like everywhere else, they're still short staffed)

Pizza is great. Friend had steak hoagie and said it was just like the ones you get at a local fair. Service can be slow. Great deals, a little Joe (4 slice personal pizza) and a salad is less than $5 bucks. Small place, nothing fancy here, but it's a local staple for food and being cheep. If you like A LOT of cheese on your pizza, stop here.
