Feedback gevenReally good experience!! Food came hot and the service was fast! My friend had the lobster pizza and loved her, he said he would order it again! I ordered the feast of sailors and it was worth it!! I enjoyed the whole thing in the record! Garlic shrimps, scallops, fried shrimps and lobsters? amazing! Unfortunately, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table that was quite empty? The restaurant staff was masked?
Food and service were great! But it looks like inflation was hit. Prices have risen significantly since the last visit. If you look at the menu, it looks like the average cost per person is now about $30. Doesn't increase differently than any other!!!
Her soups are very good and so is her bread. The waiter was very nice and soft, they are fast when it came to serve us our great meal. Your fish was beautiful and warm
Excellent customer service and well-made food!! Eduardo G was a 5 star server! We went for the birthday of my fathers and were a little needy since we had a little, but he was very eager to accommodate. There was nothing we had to ask him twice. He checked us several times and was overall very friendly and polite. The food was perfectly prepared. The manager even came by when he was delivered and introduced. Overall a satisfactory experience. Will be back.
Awful experience. Apparently according to the server. there was a problem in the kitchen with Maine lobster tails that affected the whole restaurant, but we were not informed of this until about a half hour after everyone else in our party had finished their food after we were repeatedly assured that it was on its way and would be here any minute . They offered us dessert on the house while we continued to wait, and wait and wait. After another hour of waiting wasted total of 2 hours being there during our 6 hour long drive home . The lobster tail is still no where to be seen. we gave up and just asked for the check and walk across the street and order d Panda Express. Should have gone there the first place and save an hour and half of time. I understand issues happen, but this was simply the worst handling of a problem that I can remember. He could have let us know what other dishes we could order instead of the lobster. The cluelessness of the server does not help, he does not know what to communicate and just kept us waiting . And keep reassuring us it is not his fault. It is the kitchen ? There were lots of other shortcomings as well?there is no silverware anywhere after the food had arrived, we had to ask over and over and so on.
