Gillies Roadhouse - Yungaburra

No chips.I went here with a friend for lunch as it was recommended to us. We ordered 2 bowls of hot chips. Only 1 turned up. My friend had these after waiting 15 mins more still nothing turned up. 1st last visit. Sorry.

The next time one of your workers and being hit on by a customer and they come into the kitchen and say something to you because they feel uncomfortable do something about it!. Don’t just laugh that’s honestly just pathetic…. Just hearing about this Makes me feel sick

The staff behind the counter were impatient and flustered. The breakfast was just OK and simple. My partner's food came out about 30 minutes before mine. This is a shame as generally when you go out, it's special and you want to eat at the same time and not sit and wait while the other person eats. You would think this would be an obvious thing to do when working in the cafe/restaurant industry.

This restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, and a convenient location. It's the perfect spot for Cairns residents to take a weekend road trip up the hill for brunch with friends.

Although the food was delicious, my husband's meal didn't come out until after I had finished mine, and I eat slowly. It would have been nice to eat together.
