He waited 20 minutes for shrimps that should last 3 minutes. The guy who came behind me in a few minutes was also raised and got his food in front of me. An invitation to tender. Had to go back for the sauce. Have all the way home and there were no cookies packed for the delicate meal. Not what I expect when I spend so much money. I remember why I stopped coming here.

Not very happy....drove home and was missing part of my order...didn't get the fries..and got shrimp scraps....see attached photo....called and see if they would refund the part of my order that was not correct......I would have to drive back up there to get it done.. 25 minutes home....25 minutes back there...and 25 minutes back home.....not worth the hassle. . Not very good customer service....they are normally slow...but this takes the cake....it will cost me more in gas then the food is worth...please popeyes take this to heart...improve your customer service and guests will stay loyal.....I hope my bad experience with location helps another person learn from my mistake about visiting this location again....

Always count your chicken, no matter what, I was at the front counter got my 10 pc meal, open the box on the counter counted 8.7,6 pieces, several different visits, no biggie, they get you the missing food, customers always have their responsibility to get what you pay, but it's really sad when no cakes are cooked or even cooked or not offered, for willing customers are cooked to 845. But tonight I was in the car thru grabbed my bag, opened box off gate to many boobs, hmmm them strictly on the amount of boobs, I lacked two pieces, no biggie, they are cool give me the chicken, seems hot and fresh it will be around 845 on a Monday night.

Eat here for the first time. It was delicious! The staff was good. I'll go. Had the offers. They were perfect. If you get the Coleslaw, add salt pepper. Biscuits were perfect. Definitely better quality than the local KFC.

Something has changed since the last time. The staff was friendly, but the food wasn't the same. I always get the cookies and have some left for the following day, they were very dry and hard, almost as they were sitting all day and then microwave. The next day they were like cement. The chicken was not normal and the Koleslaw was not the same. It was just a bad day. I hope next time, it's normal again. I'll tell you.
