Shǒu Dǎ ちそば Zhòng Zuò

It was so crowded everywhere in gw...! Just when I was about to give up on finding a place to eat, I happened to stumble upon this restaurant! I tried kaimochi for the first time and it was so delicious with its gooey texture! I had to wait after writing my name down, but the ladies inside provided excellent customer service and I didn't feel rushed at all!

Beautiful and delicious soba noodles. The texture, mouthfeel, and flavor of the broth are all excellent. It's worth visiting even if it means wearing out your tires. Absolutely delicious! Am I praising it too much? A normal serving size is still quite satisfying.

This is a very delicious soba noodles restaurant. The noodles are chewy and have a great texture, but they are thin and easy to eat. Both the exterior and interior of the restaurant are beautiful, and the garden is well-maintained and enjoyable to look at. It seems to be located on a quiet street with not much traffic, perhaps frequented by locals? There were quite a few customers inside. I definitely want to visit again.

お蕎麦と天婦羅を頂きました。 つるつるって、こういう事？！と思い知らされる喉ごしと口当たりー。 お蕎麦には詳しくないですが、今まで食べたのと全く違う お昼時には地元の方で混み始めました。 行けて良かったー！

山菜の天ぷらと、大板そばを食べました。 山菜の天ぷらは期間限定ですが本当に美味しい！！ コシアブラ、タラの芽、ふきのとう、こごみと、たっぷりありながら、揚げ加減も見事。 450円は破格すぎて驚いた。毎シーン食べたい！ 蕎麦は大盛りだと、結構多めでお腹が膨れました。普通盛りでも他の店に比べて多くあります。つゆの味も塩っぱすぎず美味しかったです。蕎麦の香りは普通。 別日、チャーシュー麺、もつ煮、天ぷら付き板そばと食べてきましたが、やはり蕎麦と天ぷら、特に山菜天ぷらをオススメします。
