Als je je bezoek aan Pinocchio's Pizza plant, zou je gemeentelijk vervoer kunnen nemen tot aan het halte Cairns City Bus Station, dit is de dichtstbijzijnde halte op 245 meter afstand van het restaurant, anders zijn er parkeergelegenheden op 226 meter afstand op Lake St Parking Station.
