1/2lb black Angus beef patty, lightly seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, Kosher salt, and black pepper. Topped with sharp cheddar, and sat on a bed of crisp lettuce, raw onion and tomato on an imported European bun. Served with British chips

Cauliflower florets draped with a sharp cheddar cheese sauce, spiked with a little English mustard and baked in the oven
