Dit is eigenlijk minder ingewikkeld dan je denkt. Ik had geen tomatensaus, dus nam ik 1 blikje tomatenpuree en voegde dat toe aan 1 kop heet water.
Dus kocht ik de ingrediënten voor een ander Masala-recept, toen trok ik per ongeluk dit recept op en begon het te maken. Halverwege het maken realiseerde ik me wat ik had gedaan.
Gewoon uitzonderlijk. Ik voeg meer cayenne toe voor de hitte en strooi ongeveer een theelepel garam masala over de kip terwijl deze kookt, samen met de aanbevolen kerrypoeder.
