this came out great it gets thick quick i also doubled the sauce so there would be a bit extra for the bed of white rice i put it on

I mostly followed the recipe and it worked! Didn't have water chestnuts and I used coconut flour instead of cornstarch (better for you btw) - was still very tasty!

I like my Kung Pao with Veggies in it -- so I chopped up a Zucchini and Yellow Squash (from our Garden) and TRIPLED the Sauce (Hubby likes lots of Sauce).
