Had geen Jack- of Fontina-kaas, dus verving ik het door Caiso- en Parmezaanse kaas. Geweldig recept!
Dit waren mijn favoriete oesters Rockefeller, ik heb het aangepast: ik gebruikte een verpakking van 8 oz kaas voor 24 oesters met een verpakking spinazie, ik bestrooide ze met spek en parmezaanse kaas toen ze eruit kwamen.
Heb de recept precies gevolgd. Heel goed, maar niet het beste dat ik heb gehad. Volgende keer denk ik eraan om de oesters levend te openen in plaats van te koken in stap 1.
