Deegsoort? Kijkend naar de hoeveelheid eiwitten die dit type pasta gebruikt om dit nummer te waarborgen?
Uitstekend! Aan de andere kant nam ik een pure boterbladpasta en het was heel pijnlijk voor de romp (pasta die aan het originele zwavelhoudende papier plakt). In dit geval maakt alleen het tartineren van een van de twee zijden de draai eenvoudiger.
Het is altijd een genoegen om folders te maken bij het aperitief en de verbeelding is geweldig (rode pesto, tapenade, ansjoviskrem).
