Ik verknoei altijd rijst. Ik heb het zout weggelaten en 3,5 kopjes kippenbouillon toegevoegd. Het is heerlijk!!!!!!!! Het is absoluut perfect.
Wauw! Dit recept en deze techniek zijn eenvoudig maar perfect. Ik had nooit gedacht om rijst in de oven te koken, maar dit is de beste rijst die ik ooit heb gemaakt. Mijn zoon en ik konden er geen genoeg van krijgen.
Ik heb dit opnieuw gemaakt. Dit keer met witte rijst die ik in mijn rijstkoker heb bereid. Ik heb eerst de ui gebakken in de boter/olie en daarna met de rijst gemengd.
