Very easy and delicious! I used half red and half yellow lentils.
Pretty good, and very easy to make. I used butter instead of vegetable oil. I also added 1 tsp each of garlic powder and chili powder for a little extra flavor.
I was not able to find yellow lentils, so I missed the bright color of the daal that I am used to. Fortunately, it was still yummy.
