Dit zijn zonder twijfel de beste vleugels die ik ooit heb gehad. Dit is mijn favoriete recept voor vleugels, ze blijven krokant, zelfs nadat ze met de buffalo-saus zijn bedekt.
Dit zijn geen Buffalo, NY-stijl. Buffalo-stijl vleugels zijn diepgevriend, "naakt." Geen bloem.
Ik haalde de vleugels uit de pan, liet ze 3 minuten drogen en doopte ze toen in de hete saus. Daarna heb ik ze 3-5 minuten op hoog vuur gegrild.
