Feedback gevenIn Kagoshima, there is a soba tea house that everyone can enjoy. I returned to Kagoshima but had never had the opportunity to visit before, so I decided to check out Hitoyoshi for the first time. It took about 15 minutes. Despite the fast turnover, orders are surprisingly quick even when the waiters are busy. There seems to be a slightly limited seating due to the open seating guides. The food is a reliable taste loved by all in Kagoshima. They offer udon and rice bowls. The soba is not as flavorful, but the delicious dish is served with a sweet soup like in Kagoshima. Prices are reasonable. The simplest plate is 700 yen. The location may seem a bit far away, but it's worth the visit.
I tried eating Zaru Tatatsushi. The soba is easy to eat in two steps, and it became very easy to eat. I ate the onion rice of the soba tea house, but the balance of saltiness and the texture of the rice, makes it always a pleasure to eat. It had been a while since I went to a local area, but I felt very nostalgic.
