Feedback gevenRamen for ¥780 – This ramen has a soy sauce base with a balance of acidity and richness, creating a gentle and refreshing soup. The flat and chewy noodles are delicious when slurped up. The chashu is tender with plenty of meaty flavor, and the spinach, naruto, and lightly seasoned menma are all gentle in taste. There is no feeling of being unsatisfied, making it the kind of ramen you'll want to eat every day. Located along a residential street, there are parking spaces for four cars across the street and another 3-4 spaces down the alley. The system is to buy a ticket and line up outside. There may be a wait at times, but the owner cooks meticulously, so it's worth the wait. I will definitely be revisiting for their tsukemen next time. Thank you for the meal!
There is a popular ramen shop in Hidakadanchi with long lines. I was curious about the good reputation of this place, and I was surprised to see a line forming in such a location. The interior has counter seats and table seats. First, you purchase a meal ticket from the vending machine, and the service is impressive. I tried the "special Chinese soba" which comes with free extra noodles, which is much appreciated. The noodles are flat, curly thick noodles with a good texture. The soup is a double soup based on chicken bones and seafood, which is delicious. As it is a special dish, it has a visual impact, and the flavored egg, char siu, and bamboo shoots are also tasty. The soup was so delicious that I ended up ordering the "ochazuke set" as well. It's so tasty that you end up eating too much. Since it was my first visit, I ordered the basic "Chinese soba", but I noticed that many people around me were ordering the "limited ramen of the day", which piqued my interest. The "spicy ramen" has thin noodles, and you can adjust the spiciness on a scale from 0.5 to 10. I started with a level "1" of spiciness to test the waters. It's spicy, but I think anyone can enjoy the flavor. You can choose between 200g and 300g of thick noodles for the "dipping noodles". There is a parking lot, but it may be difficult to find for first-timers, so I will include a photo with directions.
Visited on July 8, 2022, a Friday around 12:10 PM with 8 people inside the restaurant. It seemed like everyone arrived at once, so it took some time to be served. However, the delicious ramen made the wait totally worth it. The noodles, chashu, seasoned egg, and nori were all delicious! The soup coating the noodles made my mouth full of happiness. I thought it was rare to have spinach in the ramen, and I liked that they used a little less green onion. The weekday lunch special included a free large portion. The restaurant is small, but the staff's customer service and efficiency were great, making the turnover quick. Both parking lots were full, so it might be a good idea to check nearby parking options before heading out.
過去写真をいっぱい掲載してます。 真心さんの牡蠣そばなどの貝出汁系はみな美味く、 牡蠣がぷりぷりで、 常連さんで牡蠣増し注文した牡蠣を茶漬けセットに乗せ、 スープをかけて牡蠣茶漬けにして食べてます。 デフォルトの中華そば・淡麗塩・味噌・つけ麺などはそれぞれ違う種類の麺を合わせてます。 中華そばのピロ麺は常連さんに人気です。 淡麗系の中華そばや塩ラーメンと対称的に、 平日夜限定まぜそば・金曜夜限定ガッツリなどはジャンキー系です。 毎月29日肉の日限定がチャーシュー麺で 沢山乗った豚バラチャーシューはパンチあり。 味噌ラーメンはバターのサービスがあり、 王道系の味でたまに食べたくなります。 赤辛は0.5辛から10辛まであり、 5辛でも辛く、CoCo壱番の5辛より辛い。 10辛食べて阿修羅・不動明王という更に辛いラーメンを完食完飲でTシャツ貰えるそうです。 つけ麺はサラサラ系で麺量は200gか300gで選べます。 つけ麺を食べてる人も多い気がする。 平日昼はラーメン・つけ麺は大盛り無料みたいです。 ここの限定ものは気になるものが多い。 限定は毎日ある訳じゃないですが... 季節限定で3月に蛤そば・夏には冷やし貝出汁そば・秋に牡蠣の塩そばも間違いない美味さ。 過去に食べた限定の写真を色々載せてます。 うちは夫婦2人とも色々食べたい派なので、 2種類注文してチェンジしながら食べてる事が多いかな。 最新情報はお店のTwitter見てます。
スープも麺も具材もそれぞれ素晴らしく、調和も取れていて優しいお味。 特製ラーメンを頼んで「大盛無料ですよ」と言われたので大盛にしてみたけど、具が沢山乗ってたので最後まで麺と具をバランス良く食べられました。 SNSでハッシュタグを付けて投稿すれば煮卵一つサービスってのには食べ終わってから気付いて……トッピングで煮卵注文してたんだけど、これはやらなければ良かった。次回来店時にはSNS投稿して無料で煮卵貰おう!
