I went to Liberte in Kami Town, Kami District, Miyagi Prefecture. I ordered the recommended Papua New Guinea coffee and cheesecake. The Papua New Guinea coffee was rich and delicious, with a deep flavor. The cheesecake had a cute shape and a nostalgic taste, it was moist and tasty. It's a cozy and affordable coffee shop where the owner mentioned that they get more food orders than coffee orders. It was a wonderful coffee time. I visited this cafe for the first time in a while. It may be a bit biased as it's located in a rural area, but I still think the quality of this cafe is high. The coffee is still delicious as ever, and the spinach and bacon creamy pasta I ordered this time was also tasty! The creamy sauce was just right, not too thin or too thick, and went well with the al dente spaghetti. I used to order toast dishes here in the past, and I still love them. The thick and crispy toast makes you feel luxurious, so if you're looking for a light meal, definitely try it out! From light snacks to desserts, you can enjoy a wide range of delicious food here. Depending on the month, they offer service menus with a 50 yen discount from the regular price. The interior is non-smoking, making it a comfortable place to spend time in. However, since it is a family-run individual shop, it is recommended to visit when you have plenty of time.

This is a cheerful cafe with friendly middle-aged ladies, offering a wide variety of dishes at affordable prices. It feels like a place where locals can easily drop by.
