There were only a few cars parked when we arrived, so I instinctively parked in a spot that didn't seem to be in the way. Upon entering the restaurant, we found that they had taken thorough measures against COVID-19. The youngest, a 5th grader, quickly settled into a tatami room with a view of the national highway from the window and immediately placed an order after looking at the menu. I had decided on the chef's special set meal, so... The youngest ordered a half portion of rice with the fried oyster set meal and we waited for a few minutes. The chef's special set meal arrived first! It included fried horse mackerel, grilled meat, and glass noodle salad, with the rice portion being just right for me. Around noon, several large trucks started to arrive, and the restaurant quickly became lively and bustling. Soon after, the fried oyster set meal was also brought out... The youngest was delighted to see the large and crispy oysters.

I used to frequent this restaurant in the mountains. However, since changing jobs, I haven't had the opportunity to go and found out that the restaurant had moved. It's quite far from my home, so I only visit 1-2 times a year. If it were closer, I would go every week. I love the taste!! Because I can't go often, I stick to ordering the same dish each time - either BBQ or if it's sold out, I get the ginger pork set meal. I haven't had the chance to try anything else. Even though I could order two dishes, the portions are quite large, so I can't finish it all. One drawback is that the business hours are a bit unclear now, shorter than before.
