Feedback gevenI ordered udon and soba! Both the udon and soba were firm and chewy, with satisfying volume! The children were also eating eagerly! It seems they boil it for about 10 minutes, so it's better to call ahead when you go! I really enjoyed it, so I want to go back to eat when I go to Amehari Kannon again.
I happened to stop by while collecting Goshuin. The owner seems to be a talkative person, and he told me various stories from explaining autumn soba to talking about temples. Even though the restaurant's name may suggest a focus on fish, it is actually a place for countryside udon and soba. I tried the pork udon, and it was delicious with plenty of pork and a refreshing salty taste. I heard that autumn soba is available from mid-December, so I would like to visit again around that time.
I visited for the first time. It gave me the impression of a soba shop in a rural town, and when I visited, it seemed that the wife was not feeling well, so the husband was running the shop alone. He was a very friendly owner, and I ordered the Mori Soba and Mini Tempura Bowl. The soba was a bit firm with a good chewiness and delicious. The Mini Tempura Bowl was also delicious, with seasonal seri tempura that was worth more than its price. Thank you for the meal.
