This is a Okinawan soba restaurant. The parking lot is a bit far away, next to the post office, so it's a bit hard to find. However, please avoid parking on the street! It's a narrow road in the countryside, and we shouldn't inconvenience the locals. The taste is your standard Okinawan soba, light and easy on the stomach. They offer three types: regular and large sizes of soki, three slices of pork, and a mixed option.
I had the large portion of Soki soba and found it to have a slightly different, lighter flavor which may be due to the regional differences in water. Although tasty, I wonder if this is the typical seasoning for the northern region.
