Feedback gevenI had dinner with 6 friends at this restaurant. The seating was divided by partitions. We drank. On the way home, we had drinks but it was 3600 yen per person. It was delicious. I would like to go again.
The sashimi made from local fish is exquisite. It is sliced in a way that does not kill the cells, giving it a cutting-edge texture that enhances its visual beauty and smooth quality in the mouth. You can taste the flavor more than you can with water. However, only fresh fish can be used in this technique that can only be done with a Yanagiba knife that craftsmen take care of. It is a set meal, but the craftsmen carefully explore every detail, creating a balance of flavors. The soup is well-balanced in umami. The side dishes and products accompanying the rice provide a contrast to the meal, ensuring that you can enjoy it until the end without getting bored. I think it is a good restaurant.
