I tried the takeout appetizer at a restaurant that specializes in wagyu beef in Matsuyama and it was so delicious that I decided to make a special trip to Uwa. (It seems that the Matsuyama location is closed for lunch.) The set meal includes black wagyu sirloin steak with salad, appetizer, and a choice of bread or rice. I chose the bread and upgraded to garlic toast for an additional 100 yen. The appetizer potatoes were delicious, and the salad with homemade dressing was excellent. The steak, despite being sirloin, was not greasy and the flavor of the meat was rich. The cooking was perfect and the taste was fantastic. I was surprised by how well the steak paired with whole grain mustard, it was my first time trying it but it surprisingly worked well! I enjoyed it very much. The only regret was that I had driven there so I couldn't enjoy wine. I wish I could have had some.

Delicious lean meat! The highlight is the original brand beef. I was drawn by the delicious looking meat and visited, but couldn't make it for lunch and had to retreat for a while. I revisited at night; well, it doesn't seem like the atmosphere to come alone on a Sunday, but I had to, because I wanted to eat. You can order your favorite cuts in your favorite amounts, such as thigh, fillet, oyster, and rib, which may vary slightly depending on the day. The meat is delicious, tender, and full of flavor with every bite. If you're in the mood, you could probably eat about 200g in 2 minutes, but we savored every bite. The attached shop also has a variety of delicious looking foods on display. It was the kind of place that makes you want to visit occasionally.

I had previously ordered roast beef through the hometown tax system and found it to be very delicious, so I was eager to visit this restaurant. I made a reservation just to be safe and visited for lunch. The restaurant was very crowded on the first day of a long weekend, so I was really glad I made a reservation. I ordered the hamburger steak combination plate, garlic baguette, roast beef rice, and coffee with cheesecake for dessert. For the appetizers, there was carrot rapé, salad, and a platter of roast pork. The juicy hamburger and the lean and tender steak were both delicious, and the vegetables on the side were well balanced. The coffee after the meal paired perfectly with the cheesecake. It was a very satisfying birthday lunch. The staff were cheerful and friendly, making it a very pleasant experience.

綺麗なお店です ^ ^ お肉はカルビが柔らかく一番おいしく感じました。バラや牛タレ付けは少しゴム感を感じました。 それでも、他で買うよりはおいしいと思います。
