Feedback gevenThe appetizer was simmered beef tendons. It was exquisite! First, the rolled omelette, what can I say...it may be the best I've ever had! The Chanpon (noodle dish) was light and easy to eat. The omelette over fried rice was delicious. The baked tofu with spicy cod roe was a flavor I love. Even though I was full, I couldn't resist ordering the fried chicken. The batter was light but crispy and juicy! It's also great that you can take leftovers home. Every dish we ordered was a hit! I definitely want to go back to this restaurant.
Biyuki's Uwa branch is famous for their Chanpon dish, which is actually sobameshi. They offer a variety of teppanyaki dishes for enjoyment as well. Their takeout menu is also very diverse and satisfying.
You have to be from Seiyo City... I somehow managed to get in, but they are very conscious of COVID-19 prevention measures. The tuna was delicious and the famous champon meal was outstanding. I will definitely go back.
二階のおしゃれ空間でコース料理いただきました。たらば蟹や佐賀牛など贅沢に堪能しどれも美味しくいただきました。 名物締めのちゃんぽんもやっぱり美味しい。
