Located in a tranquil rural residential area, this cozy cafe is a perfect retreat. The interior is filled with plenty of greenery, creating a comfortable atmosphere, and they also sell coffee beans at the entrance. With counter seats available, it's a great spot to chat with the master. We ordered the hot sandwich set (960 yen) and chose the "Mocha Shakiso G1" coffee. We started with a delicious soup made from homemade edamame and black beans, hot and rich with a generous amount of pepper. The main event was the large hot sandwich, filled with cheesy omelette and crispy toast - a perfect combination that was enjoyed until the last bite! Finally, the tasty coffee arrived, with enough for two cups. The Mocha Shakiso G1 Natural had a refreshing taste with a light fruity finish. The male owner, who makes various cakes by hand and sells homemade vegetables, is a talented and inspiring figure. I would love to learn from such a skilled mentor in life.
This café has a feel of a specialty coffee shop. The cakes made from local fruits and the owner's proud coffee were delicious, and even though I usually can't drink coffee without sugar, I was able to enjoy it black. It's far from my house, but I would love to go again if I have the chance.
The menu for light meals may be a bit limited compared to other restaurants. However, the cakes are carefully made. Most importantly, the various types of coffee, each with its own unique touch, are amazing. There are over twice as many varieties as a regular cafe, and they can also teach you about the techniques. If you like their coffee, it's a great place to visit.
