The seafood flavor of the dipping sauce was rich and slightly bitter, and the noodles had a firm texture and were very delicious. This restaurant has its own factory for making dumplings and noodles next door, so we ordered the shiso dumplings. The shiso flavor was very strong, and the dumpling skin was chewy. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!
There were only two parking spaces left in the parking lot, with about 30% of the customers present. The restaurant quickly filled up to about 80%. I ordered the Akataka ramen for 690 yen and the karaage set for 290 yen. Although they offer a large portion as a service, I ordered the set so it was just a regular size. The wait time was a bit longer at 25 minutes. There were 6 staff members, but the restaurant was quite large. The noodles were default firm and the soup had a gentle flavor. Overall, it was delicious and it's understandable why the restaurant is always busy.
I used to come to the delivery hall frequently as a delivery person. I wanted to try it because I heard that they make noodles at their own factory. When I asked the staff for recommendations, I tried the Akataka ramen, Sangen pork gyoza, and Dekkara fried chicken. I ate them all up before taking any photos haha The staff answered politely. It's a friendly restaurant. I'm not good at describing tastes, but I recommend it.
