Feedback gevenThe menu varies depending on the day, but on Thursdays it was abura soba and chuka soba. Among them, I ordered the half-boiled egg abura soba. The instructions on how to eat it were written, so even for first-timers, it was reassuring. Since it was my first time, I ordered the regular size. It wasn't enough to fill me up completely but just right. The taste is delicious. I want to go again. Soup is also included. It was basically a silent meal.
It was my first visit in 2 years. This restaurant changes its menu daily. Wednesdays are tsukemen day starting from 11:00 in the morning, but there was already a line of about 10 people before opening - it's a popular place! The hot broth has a seafood fragrance that is not overpowering, and inside are two slices of tender char siu pork and crunchy takana greens, which were delicious. The regular portion of 200g was enough to fill me up. The yuzu-flavored soup at the end was a perfect finish. The restaurant mentioned that ordering a hot portion is against their principles, but it is not impossible. It's not a restaurant that doesn't listen to customer feedback. Personally, I enjoy eating the hot portion during winter. This was my second visit for the food hygiene manager exam from Iwate Prefecture. I hope I pass this year.
I believe this is the best ramen restaurant in Sendai. Please try their tsukemen and abura soba. The cha shu melts in your mouth, the noodles are firm and chewy, and the rich and flavorful broth leaves a satisfying aftertaste. It definitely satisfies your ramen cravings. Once you try this, you will not be disappointed. Please give it a try.
ずっと気になっていたラーメン屋 まずは15人ほどが外に並んでいましたが、自分も着列して、45分ほどで席に座りました。 並んでる時に注文を聞かれていたので、着席後即ラーメン登場です。 スープは見た目ほど熱くありませんし、特段メンに特徴があるわけでもない中で、あれ?肩透かしかなと思っていたら、この店はチャーシューがとんでもなく味がありました。 スープは冷めてもチャーシューの激アツさは最後まで冷めません。 それと共に麺を食すのが最高でした。 最後の柚子の匂いのする割スープもよかったです。
全国各地のつけ麺を食べてきましたが、ここは自分の中ではNo. 1。石焼鍋で熱々の沸騰状態で出てきます。チャーシュー、メンマ増しもおススメ。本当に癖になるつけ麺屋さん。しかし、味玉を最初に攻めると熱々すぎるので火傷には注意してくださいw
