Lái Lái Tíng Yě Zhōu Běn Diàn

Located along Route 8, it is easy to stop by this restaurant. The parking lot is large and easy to park in. I love the rich flavor of Lai Lai Tei, and my family often goes there. It was my first time at the Yawatahama main store. We placed our order with a touch panel. The 6-year-old child had the perfect size of ramen. The 14-year-old boy had ramen with fried rice, which was perfect. This time, we ordered the spicy ramen. You can choose the level of spiciness on the touch panel. I took a gamble since it didn't specify how spicy it was, but I chose level 2! If it had been spicier, I wouldn't have been able to eat it. * * It was delicious! I broke a sweat. They also took proper measures for infection prevention, such as thorough alcohol disinfection.

I stopped by after about 7 years. Upon entering, I was greeted by a cheerful male staff member saying "Welcome". It seems like the interior has been renewed as everything looks clean and the ordering system has changed to touch panel. I later found out that this is a new store which has relocated from the old one. I ordered a hearty set meal while my girlfriend, who has a small appetite, ordered a small and crispy ramen with a soft-boiled egg as a topping. The food was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture of the fried rice that came later (lol). I often visit other chain stores of Lai Lai Tei, and although the food at those familiar stores is tasty, I still find the main store here the most delicious. I remember there used to be a special curry dish called "makana curry" only available at the main store, but it seems to have disappeared from the menu. I wonder if it still exists even though it's not listed on the menu?

I visited Rairaitei Honten for the first time since they moved, and I found three improvements that I think are worth mentioning. Firstly, you can order using a tablet, which I found surprisingly convenient. You can order even the most customized items without having to speak, making the process smooth. This is really helpful. Secondly, they have added regular table seating in addition to the traditional sunken kotatsu seating. This is a great addition, especially when wearing high-cut boots or work shoes. Lastly, they now accept various electronic payment methods and credit cards, which is a sign of the times. It's a relief not to have to dig for cash in my wallet, making for a quick and easy check-out experience. As for the food, the taste is consistently good, which I believe is quite impressive. The hearty set meals are always satisfying. Thank you, I will definitely visit again. Thank you.

やっぱうまいなあ、来来亭。 作り手によって味が、濃さが ばらつくのだけはなんとかしてほしいけど、 安定のうまさ。 これだけ大きくなっても、スープを、 ちゃんとお店で作ってるのは素晴らしい。 久しぶりの本店に来て。 新しくなって、…何も変わらん！ と言えるくらい、今までと変わらぬ雰囲気。 ただ、店員さんは少なくなり、 タッチパネルでのオーダーとなる。 そりゃ少ないから、店員さんの 以前からのうるさいまでの声かけは寂しいけどね。 タッチパネルでも、こだわりちゃんと入れられます。 ペイペイ使えます笑 昔はメンマ多めは裏メニューだったけど、 今は表に出ちゃったからなあ。 自動化すると、 こんなところが寂しいおじさんです。 世の流れですね。 あ…相変わらず食レポ… コッテリ大盛り麺硬め醤油薄めねぎ多め 醤油薄めにすると、スープの旨さがわかるんだよね。 でも、薄めを上手に作る作り手は少ない。 ここまで規格化されてないんだろうな〜。 よろしくおねがいします！ ごちそうさまでしたー！！

来来亭はよく五箇荘や彦根でいただくのですが、味が変わってしまったなと思うようになってから選択肢からなくなっていました。 リニューアルされた野洲本店でもそうだったら諦観すると決めていましたが、違いました。 昔食べたあの味に限りなく近い！久しぶりにあの味をいただくことができました。全店でこの味ならなぁと思わずにはいられません。
