Feedback gevenThe popular soba ramen has a rich soup with the flavor of kashiwa infused into it, so the umami is concentrated. Since kashiwa is a mature chicken, it has a firm texture, but its strong flavor pairs well with the noodles. A taste that becomes addictive. The curry rice has minced meat in it, and has a slightly nostalgic deliciousness.
On the way back from Lake Kussharo and Lake Mashu, we saw a restaurant with its flag waving in Mashu and decided to stop in for lunch. It was a bit hard to find, but once we sat down and looked at the menu, I was set on eating soba. However, I came across a unique dish called soba ramen and ended up ordering the soba ramen and pork bowl set. The soba ramen was delicious, with Chinese noodles in soba dashi broth. The slightly sweet broth was especially tasty. I'm sure their regular soba noodles would be equally delicious, so I'll have to try that next time.

The warm, fragrant soba does not disappoint. Wait, what came out was ramen. Huh, the broth is soba, but the noodles are ramen. This is the original soba ramen. Are you really soba, or are you ramen? Find the answer with your own taste buds."
