Chuàn Wū Zuò ぇ Mén - 結城市

The lunch is from 11:30 AM, and in the evening, they are open from 5 PM. Closed on Tuesdays. The staff are energetic and cheerful, which creates a fresh and pleasant atmosphere. They have both counter and table seating. The table I sat at had a curtain, so it was a bit hard to see the faces of others. Sometimes it's fun to sneak away without telling your spouse! When looking at the menu, I noticed they had chicken liver sashimi and horse tongue sashimi, which are commonly seen in izakayas, but horse tongue was a first for me. So, I ordered a platter with two types of horse sashimi: horse sashimi and seared horse tongue sashimi, along with chicken liver sashimi. The chicken liver sashimi was fresh and had a great texture! It was topped with grated garlic, mixed with sesame oil sauce, and tasted delicious. The combination of the tender liver sweetness and the flavor of the sesame sauce was irresistible. For some reason, it reminded me of a comedy skit with Shima Ken and a red snake. The grilled yellowtail and potato dumpling gratin were also delicious, but unfortunately, the draft beer was lukewarm... If it had been ice cold, it would have been perfect! The chicken liver sashimi was still as great as ever. The beer was cold this time, so I'll give it a star. Thank you for the wonderful dinner. I will definitely visit again. (June 27, 2021)

The lunch tendon, though named "mini," is actually a big portion! The sushi rice in the seafood bowl is perfectly seasoned! Despite the low level of dining establishments in Ibaraki, this restaurant stands out and exceeds expectations!

This restaurant was a really great find. There is a wide variety of food available and the prices are reasonable. If I lived nearby, I would definitely go there every day! The staff, especially the lady working there, is also fantastic.
