There was plenty of bean sprouts, wood ear mushrooms, and pork belly in it. The green onions were also tasty. The negi miso dumplings we ordered were also delicious!! The miso goes well with them. The interior of the restaurant has a mix of retro and Edo style. There are counter seats, table seats, and tatami seats. It seems suitable for families as well.
The homemade noodles are incredibly delicious and I think every menu item is tasty according to my preference. If I had to mention a downside, the thin noodles in the soy sauce ramen are a bit too thin for my liking... My top recommendation is the friendly and warm customer service from the female waitress with the signboard here.
I went there for the second time. Last time I had hormone ramen, this time I had negi miso ramen, which was a bit salty. I like salty food so it suited me well. The middle-aged mother who made it was friendly and talkative. I'll go back soon, and I'm already thinking about what to order next time!
