Despite that, it was moist, tender, with just the right amount of fat, and delicious. The broth was also rich and tasty! Truly, it's from Makurazaki. It seems that a lot of bonito flakes are used in it. It seems to be a popular restaurant that is constantly visited. The service was quick, and the staff were kind in this nice restaurant. There is also a tatami room in the back, so families can feel at ease. I will come again!
I visited for lunch on Saturday and tried their popular dish, the Black Pork Cutlet Bowl for 880 yen. Before taking a bite, I noticed that the egg was perfectly half-cooked and looked delicious, but unfortunately the meat was a bit tough. However, the dish was generously sauced and I could tell that they really knew how to make a great cutlet bowl. Overall, I would give it a 5 out of 5. They seem to really excel in bowl dishes, so I bet their Oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl) or other bowl options are quite tasty as well.
This is my third visit to this restaurant. Although I was tempted by other items on the menu, I ultimately chose the "black pork cutlet bowl (served with pickles and miso soup: 880 yen)" Thick, juicy cutlets.
天丼を注文しました。 海老が三本のってプリプリで美味しかったです。 ご飯の量が少なくて男性にはものたりないかも… 女性にはいい量かも
黒豚カツ丼美味しく頂きました 他の物も食べてみたいです
