Lóng Sōng Gé - 平内町

I went there after seeing it on TV and it took me two hours to get there. The waitress's mother was very kind and even though it was closing time during lunch, she let us in when we told her we came all the way just to eat there. The "Gomoku Ankake Yakisoba" is the most popular dish and it was delicious. That's why it's always full, now I understand.

Ryusokaku is a renowned restaurant in Taira-cho where you can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine. This time, I tried their most popular dishes, Kalbi cold noodles and dumplings. The Kalbi cold noodles are unique to this restaurant, using Chinese noodles even though it's a cold noodle dish. The level of spiciness is just right, making it a perfect dish for hot days. The dumplings have a filling consisting mainly of vegetables, making it light and easy to enjoy even for women. I also recommend the pork loin ramen, fried rice, ankake rice, and spring rolls. Just be aware that there is a one-way street, so it may be a bit confusing to find the restaurant. I will definitely be back again.

The Kalbi cold noodles were delicious! The soup was also refreshing and good.
