The white Jūwari soba made from 100% Aizu local flour is perfectly cooked and delicious. The wasabi here is sweet and tasty, so it is recommended to eat tempura with just wasabi. Both the husband and wife who run the restaurant, as well as the soba dipping sauce, are worth coming back for.
Refreshing and delicious soba noodles made with water from the underground stream of Mt. Bandai. The tempura was also crispy and the light oil made it easy on the stomach, allowing us to enjoy the meal without feeling heavy. The restaurant was clean and the spacious seating allowed us to relax. There is parking space for about 8 cars.
