みなみ Shuǐ Chǎn Guān Bā Wū

The grilled collar, simmered fish head, sashimi, miso soup, and steamed buns...everything is delicious!! Whenever I come to Kagoshima, I always visit this restaurant several times. The owner's son is the president of a farm that breeds yellowtail, so you can eat yellowtail raised there! It's fatty and sweet, absolutely delicious. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean. If you come to Kagoshima, be sure to visit this place! They also make processed products and I had them send me some as souvenirs from Kagoshima. The tender grilled collar with succulent meat was a hit even with my grandmother who has weak teeth...

The boiled sea bream and kama-yaki were incredibly delicious. The staff also took proper measures against infection, making me feel welcomed and impressed.

I had a set of pickled bowl and ochazuke. Normally, I'm from Hokuriku, where I rarely praise sashimi or sushi from other prefectures (lol), but the amberjack here is definitely top-notch! I was very satisfied. I would love to go again if I have the chance.
