Feedback gevenI visited this restaurant because I was craving pasta, but decided to try their pizza since that seemed to be their specialty. I ordered a half-and-half with meat sauce and margherita. The salad had fresh butterbur in it, giving it a nice spring touch, and the dressing had a tangy flavor that I enjoyed. The meat sauce was different from what I had imagined, but pleasantly surprised me in a good way. The pizza had a deliciously chewy mozzarella cheese. The restaurant is run by a couple, and the mother who served us was cheerful and had a great attitude. Personally, I would rate this experience 4.2 stars, so I'll give it a 4 out of 5. Thank you for the delicious meal.

The pizza dough, baked in a wood-fired oven imported from Italy, is chewy and has a rich wheat flavor. They also offer a menu featuring plenty of fresh vegetables sourced from the local Higashi-Onsen morning market. The homemade dressing on the salads is delicious as well. The lady running the restaurant was kind and attentive, creating a cozy atmosphere.
本日のパスタランチをいただきました。 ランチは、パスタ2種、ピザ2種の中から、1つメインを選んで、サラダとスープがついてきます。 50円アップで飲み物を「はるか」のジュースに。 パスタは、ホタテのペペロンチーノと鶏肉のトマトクリームパスタ。どちらも美味しかったです。 ペペロンチーノは、自家製塩麹を使用しているとのこと。 はるかのジュースを食後にいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです。どちらかと言うと、サッパリしたはるかがふんだんに使われている感じで、かなりお得感が、ありました。 値段は、1000円越えと少しランチには…とも思いますが、パンも食べ放題ですし、ボリューム感からしても、満足でした。 平日のお昼に行こましたが、店内は半分ほどのお客さんの入で、直ぐに座れました。
