Qiān Dié Fū センター - 深浦町

I had the Uni-don. The Uni-don seems to have a fluctuating price, but this time it was 2,680 yen. The miso soup was also delicious. I thought the pickled radish and kelp side dish was unnecessary.

This restaurant is cheap and everything I ate was delicious. The sea urchin for 550 yen was too good of a deal. The Aomori sea urchin had no sea smell at all, and the sweetness and umami spread throughout my mouth, it was amazing. The sea urchin scallop butter had a firm texture without losing its sweetness even when grilled, and the firm scallop was also delicious. The additional Shiragohan from Tsugaru Romancing was also tasty. I was able to fully enjoy the view of Senjojiki, and the staff were all very kind and friendly, making me feel relaxed. I bought their original fish flour to take home, made from 100% horse mackerel, and when I gave some to my cat, she became obsessed with it. I would like to purchase it again through mail order.

Visited during a 15-minute stop at Resort Shirakami. If you get off right away, you can have a seafood bowl made for you during the stop. Other customers were ordering famous grilled squid and draft beer. They will wrap the draft beer for you to take away. It's a hidden gem, so let's enjoy it secretly without making too much noise.笑

名前の通り名勝千畳敷海岸の際に建つレストハウス。今回の訪問ではあいにくの天気で見ることができなかったが、こちらの店で食事や一杯やりながら、目の前に広がる千畳敷と夕日との景色は一見の価値はあると思う。 店では食事が取れるほか、地元で加工した食材を販売している（写真添付：購入した「贅沢だし粉」）。ネット上にも取り扱い商品等、upされているようだ。
