Huā の Mù - 鏡石町

I went around 1:00 pm on a weekday and the restaurant was completely empty. It may be a local spot since it's not located along National Route 4. I debated trying the beef stew mentioned in the reviews, but I ended up ordering the zaru soba and mini don set that was written on the board. I chose the menchi katsu don for the mini don. The menchi katsu had just the right amount of sauce, which was good! The soba dipping sauce had a nice aroma of bonito dashi. The soba made from locally sourced soba flour was also refreshing.

"It is delicious. The stew cannot be eaten elsewhere at this price. It was not stew this time, but it was delicious!"

I live in Tokyo but frequently travel to Fukushima for business, and whenever I go there, I always order the "Beef Stew" at this restaurant. The prices are cheap and the taste is amazing! At first, I tried a variety of dishes, enjoying each one and thinking about what to try next, but when I came across the "Beef Stew", I was hooked. Please try it at least once!
