The atmosphere at "Mukashi Gohan to Oyatsu no Jikan Raku" is nice and the food is delicious. In particular, the brown rice that has been fermented for more than 4 days after being cooked had a chewy and amazing texture.
There is a parking lot along Route 312, and you descend the stairs from there. The staff are polite and provide thorough explanations of the products. The cakes are sweet but have a good aftertaste and are delicious. The baked goods are also recommended.
When my son was young and had an egg allergy, they made a birthday cake for him, and it was so delicious! So, when I heard they had a restaurant, I came to eat, and once again, the kind flavor of the owner came through in the incredibly delicious food! They use no milk or eggs, but instead of saying "we cater to allergies!", they serve it as "traditional dishes", and you can really feel the care put into each dish. The cakes, with flavors like chocolate and anko, cream and gyuuhina, mix Japanese and Western styles perfectly, creating a fluffy and gentle taste that made me think "Yes, this is it!". Really delicious...
