The tamagoyaki is especially delicious, and the fish dishes are so good that they converted someone who previously didn't like fish. The miso ramen is also highly recommended. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for this restaurant in Nishi-Aizu Town because it would be a shame to miss out on it. The staff's calm demeanor also adds to the overall pleasant dining experience.
Fresh ingredients, delicious sake from Fukushima. Recently, a friend took me to a restaurant that they had become a fan of. We started with a cold beer upon arrival. It was a hot day, over 30 degrees, and the Heartland beer was fantastic! They had a great selection of sake from Fukushima, and we managed to try all of them between the three of us. Each one was delicious, with options ranging from dry to sweet, and fruity to elegant. They even served a special water to cleanse our palates, which was a nice touch. The food was meticulously prepared and enjoyable to look at, as well as delicious to eat. The young owner's stories were entertaining, and time flew by quickly. I would love to visit again when I'm in Nishi-Aizu. It was a wonderful restaurant. Thank you for the meal!
During a car camping trip at the Michinoeki in Nishi-Aizu, we stopped by this highly recommended restaurant on Google Maps. Inside the stylish restaurant where jazz music was playing, we enjoyed delicious food and drinks, as well as engaging conversations with the owner and locals, making for a delightful evening. We would definitely love to visit again when we come back to Aizu.
