We stayed there for 4 nights and this hotel has everything you need that you don't really need to leave. The breakfast was included and it was amazing. It really had everything you need. At dinner, they remember I was allergic to shellfish and checked to make sure if I wanted to change the seafood to meat. The location was a bit far and hotel is secluded so it wasn't easy to just walk out and get something. The hotel does provide taxi service but it's more expensive. The hotel has an app where you can request items and message them for any issue. They responded fairly quicky. You can also call for a buggy to pick you up from your room to bring you to different parts of the hotel. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, hotel was clean, staff were so friendly and the pool was nice. We also did our spa there and they were giving out 50% discount for morning massages. They also provide complimentary water bottle during the entire stay there.
Our time at The Pavilions Phuket was simply extraordinary. Set against a breathtaking backdrop, our private pool villa was a haven of relaxation and style. The staff's personalized attention and warm hospitality added a special touch to our stay. With exceptional facilities including a rejuvenating spa and delightful dining options, this resort truly delivered a luxurious experience. The stunning views and sense of seclusion made it an unforgettable escape from the everyday. If you're looking for a blend of natural beauty and top-notch service, The Pavilions Phuket is a must-visit destination.
If you have a toddler don’t bother staying there. Beds are too high (baby fell from it) and there is not a single entertainment for kids around the resort. Not even one room for kids… not even a shallow pool. I was aware it’s adults only resort but I thought at least facilities wouldn’t be too unwelcoming like that. Roads are too steep and the buggy drivers drive so uncomfortably with a bit of adventure. Imagine me holding onto my baby the whole time I was in a buggy. Once they heard I was pearl shopping they insisted I go a mall nearby only to bring me to their “favorite” shop. And when I returned to the hotel they kept interrogating me for the shop I would go next day. It was so annoying. Reception was nice and he called me a VIP taxi for 300baht but the taxi driver grabbed extra 100baht from me when I handed 1000baht. I clearly was aware it was 300baht and taxi driver calculated I can’t do much with so much luggage and a baby in hand. Horrible people. The entire resort was lifeless. Nothing to do. If you bothered coming to Phuket, beachfront is always the best idea, lesson learnt.
Stunning experience, from pre check in to departure. Nothing too much trouble, service with a smile, even before you think to ask. And the pool villas are just gorgeous. Despite staying in another place in Phuket for the last decade, we're converts now to The Pavilions and have immediately booked for next year!
We stayed here for 6 nights and had an amazing experience. We received an upgrade to 4 bedroom villa, due to a water pressure issue with the room I had booked. Villa was 5 star very spacious, clean, well maintained, comfortable and with an amazing swimming pool! The resort itself was very well maintained and the staff were incredible and accomodating. Food was great, especially at Alto. My kids loved the doorless modified buggies. Would definitely return for another visit. Highly recommend.
