We had the Sicily and later took a home. great taste and fresh ingredients. all prices were booked outside the facility and the brote were prepared and on the display. we ate inside and enjoyed the atmosphere. I recommend this place and plan to eat here before.

An interesting twist on the ever popular italian pies! Not only is this small, quaint and inviting place a great find, it gives you the opportunity to sample any flavour, concoction on the menu. Pricing is more than fair in a touristy old town Cartagena,...service is good and the house wine is 4$ a glass and more than enjoyable as well. Go in confidence from a senior reviewer! In a captive city of overpriced eateries everywhere - piccolo provides a comfortable & reasonably priced option. It's clean, bright and food is decent, with many options from pizza, pasta, salads & Italian entrees. Went several times during my week long stay and would recommend if ur looking to good budget eating choices in centro historico.
