Why do I torture myself?! I try everytime to give this place a chance and it's just the worse. Bc it's the one near me I've tortured myself for over 18 yrs! Today was the straw that broke the camel's back! Today this DD is dead!

They need to have two people working around our until midnight. The line is always out the door. Just think people want coffee, donuts, and some want ice cream....

Awful — rude staff rude “leaders” what ever that means — managers to scared to cometo phone and handle a escalated call and teach “leaders” what to do. Shake is full milk splash of ice cream they dont know there menu making we they want when they have sundae specials but just wrap up ice cream charge u for all toppings… but no toppings Hosenaro — The leader — god awful. By far the worst location I’ve been too. I went there a night to get ice cream with a friend. We waited our turn and then they just COMPLETED ignored us there was a huge family and all the employees rushed to helped them didn’t even notice us even when I made a comment. They just kept helping the other family we were literally invisible to them, like didn’t even look our way. Horrible service. They didn’t even care I walked out. I’d never go back.

The staff could be more courteous, less cheap with the utensils.
