Literally forgot half my order and i spent $30 only to be refunded $7

Food was good, service was HORRIBLE. Our round of drinks didn't come for at least 25—30 minutes after ordering. Once we ordered appetizers and food they forgot an appetizer, forgot a whole meal and got 2 peoples sides wrong. During the meal we had all ran out of beverages with our waiter only serving the large party at the bar. Good service because they took my ketchup and brought an new one

I understand now why it’s called burgerology. The Ology part is that they’re still figuring out how to make a good burger. Slow service, overpriced, local bar had a burger that blew this one out the water a few hours later.

So gross.... there are bugs in the restaurant and even if you get take out those bug come home with you.... ugh so gross and rhe roos is so expensive considering how dirty the place is....:(yuck
