First And South Restaurant Bar

We stopped in from the Orient Point Ferry on our way to East Hampton. The ambiance was wonderful with a heated porch in the winter and lap blankets at each table. Our food was delayed but they threw in an extra soup and an additional beer for me. Nice touch to rectify a little snafu. Highly recommend. Will be visiting next time we travel through

Great fixed menu for a large group, customized specialty drinks kind servers (shout out to Patrick). They even had heated outdoor seating blankets, if needed, for each guest

We had a really delightful lunch today. Comfortable atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, perfect ****** Mary and outstanding chowder!! 10 star!

Lemon pepper shrimp was out of this world as was the Chowder and First Cut Fries. Service was spectacular. A really special place.

My husband and I just had one of the best meals of our life. The mac and cheese with crimini mushrooms and truffle oil was the best mac and cheese we've had. There wasn't a single bite that wasn't delicious. The wait staff were very kind and helpful and always gave timely service. If you are up in Greenport and are wondering where to eat, please treat yourself here. You will not regret it. P.S. The drinks seem expensive, but they are very strong.
