It was a birthday present, and phenomenal, to highlight the cleanliness and the treatment received at reception, Ginna, has been very kind and attentive at all times. To improve, in the spa, the last area that has a very strong jet, if at least they had benches on the sides and put small jets in it, you could enjoy that area more, like a jacuzzi, sitting down, by not giving you that jet straight. Hotel in general very good. The receptionist very friendly. The room is very good, the only downside for us was the pillow on the bed that was very thin. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet

We went with a Smartbox that, in principle, included one night, dinner, spa and breakfast. When we arrived we were told that the kitchen was closed because there were no dinners reserved. It was not very clear in the application so we did not give more importance to the matter. We had booked a double room, which was advertised on Smartbox as having a landscape view. They gave us a room with two beds and the terrace faced the corridor of the hotel. We asked if there wasn't another one available, and they said no with excuses. The day after departure they told us that they do not use the same rooms for the Smartboxes (and explanations about the commission that Smartbox charges them, etc., which is not our concern as clients). To say that we paid €30 apart from the Smartbox when we made the reservation, but it seems that we were not equally important clients. The room was horribly hot when we arrived, they apologized for not having turned on the air conditioning, and they provided us with robes and caps for the spa (you have to pay for the caps but they gave them to us for free as a courtesy, quite a detail) The spa needs fixing, the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. There was no access to the terrace of the spa. There was access or an upper terrace with two very old wooden hammocks, just like the wood on the terrace floor. In the bathroom of the room the floor was raised from the humidity, and there were stains and marks on the surfaces. The ordinary breakfast, with bottled juices, coffee that had been left cold and the food uncovered. The dry sausage. There were no prepared tables, you had to prepare your table with cups, plates, cutlery, etc. that were on a table. There was no service, one of the girls at the reception was in charge of cleaning and replenishing the food. We asked why and were told that the staff was on vacationhigh season in Augustand that they were going to close in September to renovate the hotel (good news to say the least). In the parking lot there was a tractor and an SUV, there were no spaces left over. This place should not be billed as a 4 star. We understand that they are going to do renovations, but in the meantime, we don't understand those prices for a place where you can't even sit down for breakfast at a table with cutlery. It should be said that the girls at the reception are very friendly and do what they can to try to make your stay pleasant, after all. The manager did not show himself at any time, we assume that he would not be of much help, even though it is obvious that he is understaffed.

Highly recommended, design, accessibility, facilities very good. Rooms: They gave us a junior suite, which was very good, but they didn't warn us that the bathroom was separate from the bedroom, a basic issue when you have to use it several times a night. Food drinks: When we got to breakfast, there were just a few leftover fruit and no juice left, it took us a while to find an employee, once located, everything was solved. A microwave is essential, since the coffee and milk were lukewarm and it was impossible to locate, again the waiter.
