I visited mumbai yesterday, and when the chili entusiast I am, I have recommended the huh makhni with a strength of 3 Indian stars (not for the weak, i garantee! . even if the chef warned me about eating and that he just took out a fresh batch of chili (carolina reaper, that he made beautiful a nice mix out and from koks it I took it out for! I got what I deserved and had to give up on the court after a few spoons full of rice and huh. it was reddishly hot! delicious, but extremely hot, can't strengthen it! even if I don't like with a full (by my own hot looking taste buds, the chef was so kind to offer me a free extra soda and ice for the table, for the access of the challenge! (he even admitted that he didn't accept full Indian chili on me the next time)! 5 out of 5 for; eat (very hot but very tasty! 5 out of 5 for; customer services (very nice cook (crazy chili type, but cool! and nice staff 10 out of 5 for; extremely hot dish / chilies! has not been defined the last time that I visit mumbai 's at nordkraft in aalborg! I look forward to a visit when my tastes are normal again!
That was great. mango leti mango flavored yogurt ham) was very nice. channa masala is also well lower on spicy side. naan indian flat brot) was very good. it was crisp and well done in taste. interiors to Indian feeling, from lampshades to seat cushions. it is a concept restaurant. the personal is very friendly. had spoken to the owner, even he was very friendly.
I visit aalborg quite often and will not go anywhere else for an Indian meal. eating is fresh, extremely tasty and the price is very reasonable and they get really much food so that they definitely do not leave hungry. I spoke to the cook and it's so refreshing to hear someone passionate about what they're doing. I cannot recommend this restaurant
I ordered take away from this place, it was nothing special. Don't get me wrong, I quite liked the food. If you feel like eating Indian then go to this place, if you are looking for a unique eating experience then go somewhere else.
Ordered Chana Masala and Naan as take away. The Chana Masala was sweet and lacked hotness. Even though there were spices in the curry, it didn 't just feel authentic. A pack of flavoured basmati rice came along for free, but I couldn 't eat more than a handful because of the strong cardamom flavour. Its not that I dislike the cardamom flavour, but it has to be present within limits. The naan was the better of the three. It was soft and decent in taste, although it was tending more towards a bread rather than naans which one gets in India. Perhaps its unfair to benchmark an Indian restaurant based in Europe against authentic Indian food, but I just thought there should be one review from the Indian perspective.
