Feedback gevenThe pastries are delicious, the breads also, especially the leaven bread, I recommend without hesitation.
I just tasted the galette of kings (frangipane version) for people. Overall the recipe is good, the cake is well-stocked (see photo) with authentic frangipane and well-controlled cooking. As for the bean it is a good surprise, not wishing to spoil I leave everyone the discovery. one feels the technicality in the realization that gives a very well designed galette. the price is in keeping with the quality. So I recommend this pastry.
Here we still find true bread, succulent patisseries and very good Viennese. I recommend the special house abbey, a real killing!
