The second McDonald's off of 29 that I've actually stopped my tractor-trailer to go inside and find the inside closed at 7pm and drive thru open. Now correct me if I'm wrong no fast food place would be in business if the tractor-trailer doesn't show up. I've been serving and continue to service all 48 states. Before and THE ENTIRE PANDAMIC WITH NO BREAKS! To walk in a McDonald's with a staff of three and no one in the dinning room but me and no one in drive-thru... I'm told only drive thru is open if you can fit . My response no I can't fit I'm in a rig . You'd think customer service would have taken effect but there was none at this location! At least not for this trucker.This metaverse, web 3.0, and all other tech has this generation and those before them out of touch with the realities of true customer service. Wonder why bots, kiosk, program, software is replacing humans. One can begin to understand why humans are being replaced
