Wendy's - Abbotsford

I was denied a valid discount when I pointed out to the cashier that it should have been applied when I placed my order, not after I had already paid. The manager refused to issue a refund for the difference in price, claiming that the error was made during the ordering process. It was clear that the manager did not want to assist and even spoke in Hindi to the cashier, instructing her not to make any adjustments. This experience left me feeling cheated and disrespected. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the business and suggests a lack of proper training. I would caution others who choose to dine at this establishment, as my experience has left me hesitant to return.

I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and it was deliciously hot. The service was also great. I will definitely be back. I also excel at car racing.

I am a fan of Wendy's and enjoy trying new things, so when I saw the option to order my spicy chicken sandwich on waffle fries, I couldn't resist. The food arrived hot and was delicious. My wife really enjoyed the poutine and my mother-in-law loved her baked potato.

Number a combo with icy regular size. that's the command, and I have.

The menu photos look better than the food when it arrives. If it wasn't for the sauces you might think you are eating steamed cardboard burgers. A totally uninspired fast food restaurant with a slick new renovation. Tastes like airline food that is made in...a huge factory then shipped to the store so it can be steamed fresh for you to eat. I want to love the concept of a square burger but the experience is just so blasé. Clearly a franchise experience. The sell is better than the product. I want what's in the photo not the contents of the paper wrapper they give you.
