Feedback gevenMy family ate here last week and Texas Roadhouse didn't disappoint. I always had a great service at all locations, but Tiffany our server was wonderful. Friendly, polite, quick! My children loved her! She kept the drinks filled and the table clear!
My husband and my self went on 9/14/22. We had a great dinner, perfect drinks and the best server. His name is Michael. He was up on his game, friendly, upbeat and absolutely attentive. I recommend it to everyone who likes the absolutely best service. All employees were great.
The seasoning really helps and the quality of the steak is above average. It's hard to find a good steak in this area unless you want to pay a high price and even then I found some bad. These are not the best steaks I have eaten, but probably the best steaks for the price that is quite reasonable. Suggestions you call ahead and be careful you need to check when you arrive and if it expects a long waiting period during peak hours. The pages are OK and not shown, but I usually get and recommend the salad and the greed beans.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. If this is true, then the image of the ribs should speak for itself. But? More? Order on the website at 11 a.m. for pickup at 1:30 a.m. Credit card spided and I thought I was good to go. We already ordered online and had good luck. My mistake I didn't get around with a phone call. I have to go to the restaurant at 1:00. Do not order ready and no record. Ordering was returned to pick-up window and the order was told would take about 25 minutes. Almost 50 minutes. When everything was said and done, the credit card spided three times with different dollar amounts. The charges dropped without calling. I would have believed with food again, but the family had waited for the birthday party. Mia at the pick-up window was nice. We discovered a short salad, but I caught him before we got into the car. Although I have an online account with username and password etc. there is no record of orders. Not sure if / when we? ll be getting food to go from here, but based on what Mia said, these things tend to happen? So my advice to others? Do you call the restaurant, even if you think? That's good.
've been here 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Hoping for a redemption round and well it 's the third disappointment. Probably won 't be returning. First two trips ordered 16oz sirloin Medium. (Hot pink Center) it came out blue rare. It was basically raw with a charred outside. Which would be fine if that 's how I ordered it. The rest of the meal was great but how do mess up on the Star of the show 3 times. The third time was the same except this time after sending it back. The bottom was like a charcoal briquette. Hard black burnt to a crisp couldn 't even cut it. Meat was tough like it had been microwaved to cook internal then charred for 5 minutes with a heat press on a 600 degree charbroiler. The ribs were great this time but that doesn 't make up for the 3 failed attempts on the very reason I come to TRH to begin with. They 're are in desperate need of a grill cook I have no doubt. UPDATE Redemption, Round 4 was excellent. The steak was perfect this time everything was fresh and I didn 't have to send my steak back. Thanks Aberdeen TRH. I will return if and when I 'm in the area again.
